At Maid-Well we treat our clients homes with the same caution and care as our own.

Standards

 We use color coded cloths for kitchens & bathrooms to prevent cross contamination.  Disposable paper towel is used on toilets. Cleaning cloths are sanitized, washed & dried on high heat, after each use.

Mop heads are changed between clients,  washed & sanitized before next use.

Vacuums are cleaned & washed regularly.

Confidentiality

Your privacy is of utmost important to us.  We know that in a small town word can travel fast.  We do not disclose any of our client information with anyone whatsoever.

Your happiness is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your service please let us know.  We will do our best to rectify the situation.

Insured

There are a lot cleaners out there operating without insurance.  Did you know that if a contractor is injured doing a job on your property you could be liable?  Have piece of mind knowing that we have our own insurance!

FAQ

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We currently accept payment via cash or E- transfer.  

Do You Charge By the Hour?

For residential cleaning on a routine basis we charge $45 per hour, per cleaner. 

First time or one-time services are $55 per hour, per cleaner.

For light commercial cleaning we charge $55 per hour per cleaner.

We require a 3 hour minimum per visit.   All prices are subject to HST.

Do you provide the cleaning products?

We provide all of the cleaning products & tools unless requested otherwise.

Which cleaning products do you use?

We love natural, earth friendly products that really work!  Our favourite products are made by Pink Solution.  No harsh chemicals or overpowering fragrances.  Non- Toxic, biodegradable, septic safe…  Best of all, it’s Canadian! 

We also love Dr. Bronner's Sal Suds!

We offer the option to use only natural products OR natural products, as well as stronger disinfectant products on certain areas. 

Do you have insurance?

We do!  Having commercial insurance protects not only us, but also our clients and their property. 

Do you clean under / behind fridge, stove, couch…?

For liability reasons we do not move any large furniture or appliances.
